Las Vegas & Henderson

The two cities that anchor most of our work. Las Vegas maintains a citywide trail network connecting parks and neighborhoods, and Henderson runs its own parks and trails system on the southeast side of the valley.

  • Las Vegas

    The core of the valley, with a city-maintained trail network linking parks and residential areas across multiple wards.

  • Henderson

    A separate city on the southeast side of the valley with its own parks and recreation department maintaining local parks and trails.

Northwest valley

The part of the valley Brendan works in most often, running from the Centennial Hills corridor out toward the northwest foothills.

  • Centennial Hills

    An established northwest area with a wide range of housing ages. The city operates Centennial Hills Park, a large public park with a community center nearby.

  • Skye Canyon

    A master-planned community on the northwest edge of the valley. Its developer maintains a parks and amenities program, and the setting sits against the surrounding foothills.

  • Skye Hills

    A newer northwest planning area covered by its own City of Las Vegas planning document, often considered alongside Skye Canyon by buyers looking at recent construction.

  • Lone Mountain

    A lower-density northwest area anchored by Lone Mountain Regional Park, a Clark County park at the base of the mountain itself.

North valley

North Las Vegas neighborhoods that regularly come up for buyers comparing value across the valley.

  • Aliante

    A planned community in North Las Vegas. The city maintains Aliante Nature Discovery Park within it, listed in the North Las Vegas facility directory.

Summerlin

The west side of the valley, where buyers usually weigh villages against one another. Summerlin publishes an extensive trail and open-space system across its villages.

  • Summerlin West

    The newer western portion of Summerlin, closer to the Red Rock side of the valley and connected to the community trail system.

    The more established northern portion, within the City of Las Vegas Ward 2 area, with mature landscaping and older subdivisions.

    The southern portion, covered by Clark County's Summerlin South planning area rather than the City of Las Vegas.

Southwest valley

The southwest side of Las Vegas, a common landing spot for buyers who want newer housing outside the northwest.

  • Mountain's Edge

    A large planned community in the southwest valley. Its association publishes park information covering the community's public park spaces.
