Brendan Swanson

Brendan is a Las Vegas native. This valley isn't a market he moved to and studied; it's the place he grew up in, and it shapes how he advises people about where to buy and what a home is likely to mean for them long term.

He is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams VIP and leads BSWAN Realty Group, working out of the team's office on Tule Springs Road in northwest Las Vegas. Most of his work is with move-up buyers, households relocating into or out of Nevada, first-time buyers, and mom-and-pop investors buying one or two rental properties at a time.

The approach is straightforward: answer questions directly, explain the parts of the transaction that usually get glossed over, and treat every client's situation as specific to them. Inclusive, candid, and tenacious when it counts during negotiation.
